I'm excited about your interest in our company and the opportunity to work with you. I'll probably be your first personal contact. I've been in the building business for 25+ years.  I pride myself on communicating with my clients and working within your budget and time frame.

 

David Khouri and I have worked together for over 10 years and we consider ourselves to be a great team. As building specialists, we offer a wide range of professional services, in addition to expert advice. Whether your project is commercial or residential, big or small, there are many things to consider. We want to ensure a smooth journey from the planning stages to completion.

Hi! I'm David Khouri. As project manager for Community Builders, it is my job to plan your project and oversee its progress along the way. I provide the road map in order to finish the project in a timely and cost-effective manner. I select the tools, equipment and supplies necessary to complete the project and my focus is to keep the job moving.

 

I've worked in the construction industry for over 30 years. My portfolio includes building homes, large and small, and numerous home improvement remodels. I've constructed many large churches and completed many church remodels throughout the Midlands.

 

In my spare time, my wife and I are very involved with our church and local missions work for the disadvantaged. I am also involved in prison work and ministry work. I also stay busy with two happy, energetic grandsons.
